Classic Remise Düsseldorf
On the way back from Zandwoort to Nürburgring Nordschleife we visited the Classic Remise Düsseldorf in July 2022. This is a center for vintage cars, can be found in a historic roundhouse for locomotives. A railway roundhouse is a building with a circular shape used by railways for servicing and storing locomotives. Traditionally, though not always the case today, these buildings surrounded or were adjacent to a turntable. Locomotives and railway is gone for now — there are garages, services and dealers for classic cars, shops for spare parts, clothing, model cars, accessories and restaurants in this landmark building.
